Warranty: All new items come with a manufacturers 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. All items are tested upon receiving them from the manufacturer and then prior to dispatch once purchased by the customer. Pre Owned items come with a 14 day warranty from the date of purchase.
Returns: We accept returns for faulty items but they must be returned in the condition in which they were received. We will always attempt to repair items by either using our in-house repair service or by sending the item off to the manufacturer. If an item cannot be repaired we will offer a replacement or if a replacement isn’t available we will off a refund. A valid receipt must also be included with all returns. Failure to provide a valid receipt will result in the return being rejected and returned to the buyer. Any work carried out by the customer voids the warranty.
Orders: We will only contact you about your order if we need to. Once an order is complete you will receive an email from us confirming the tracking information. We do not use any of your information other than to contact you about your order.
We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
